THE DIAMOND - PLAN & COORDINATION - This option is great for couples who have already decided upon their wedding day vision, style, color scheme, and/or theme. This premier service includes: 24/7 personalized planning website, assistance & management , (3) person-to-person planning sessions, rehearsal coordination, up to 25 hours of planning time, 12 hours for wedding day coordination, including unlimited email and phone support.
THE GOLD - DAY-OF-COORDINATION - This option is for DIY couples who have done all the planning themselves, but need reassurance their wedding day goes smoothly. ELOPEMENT PLANNING - This option is for couple who want to do something exciting and different. Have the wedding you want without the concern of traditions and tons of things to do. POLICY/DEPOSIT - It is your understanding that, you will retain (Traci R. Hearn, CWC) as your Wedding Professional for your special event. To SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE , a electronic invoice/contract agreement must be signed & dated along with a non-refundable retainer deposit is required before services can be rendered.
HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT: An electronic PayPal Invoice will be sent to your email address upon receipt of your electronic invoice/contract. A Paypal account is not required for this transaction.
